These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the access and use of the website arvexionarix.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned and operated by Arvexionarix S.A., with registered address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, Floor 12, C1001AAD, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, CUIT 30-71845692-3, registered with IGJ under No. 18,742 of Book 89 of Corporations.

1. Nature of the service

Arvexionarix operates as a technology platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate project developers in the Argentine Republic. The platform does not act as a financial entity, nor as a financial intermediary under the terms of Financial Entities Law 21,526. Real estate crowdlending involves inherent risks, and Arvexionarix does not guarantee returns or the full recovery of invested capital.

2. Eligibility

To use Arvexionarix's services, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law, and not be disqualified from making investments. By using the platform, you declare and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Registration and user account

Access to certain platform features may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Project information

The information published about real estate projects on the platform is for informational purposes. Financial data, estimated returns, timelines, and other indicators are based on projections and do not constitute promises or guarantees of results. Arvexionarix performs reasonable verifications of information provided by developers but does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of data published by third parties.

5. Investment risks

Real estate crowdlending carries significant risks, including but not limited to: (a) partial or total loss of invested capital; (b) delays in estimated project timelines; (c) variations in projected returns; (d) investment illiquidity during the project period; (e) risks associated with the Argentine real estate market, including exchange rate fluctuations and inflation. You acknowledge having read and understood these risks before making any investment.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and its compilation, are the property of Arvexionarix S.A. or its licensors, and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law 11,723) and applicable international treaties.

7. Limitation of liability

Arvexionarix shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Arvexionarix's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the platform's services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or Arvexionarix's services shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the National Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply to them.

9. Complaints and claims procedure

Users may submit complaints or claims via email at contacto@arvexionarix.com or in writing to our legal address. Arvexionarix commits to acknowledging receipt within 48 business hours and providing a substantiated response within 30 calendar days from receipt of the claim.

10. Modifications

Arvexionarix reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication of modifications implies acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these T&C periodically.
